Amintiri lives up to the hype! This Bengaluru spot is a dream come true for breakfast lovers. Here's a breakdown of my experience:

Ambiance Perfection:

The moment you step into Amintiri, you'll understand the buzz. It's a picture-perfect place with a prime location, offering a delightful and scenic atmosphere.

Service with a Smile:

The staff at Amintiri is top-notch. They're friendly, attentive, and ensure a smooth dining experience.

Food Highlights:

Lotus Biscoff Pancake: This dish was a true champion! The pancake itself was delicious, but the sheer amount of biscoff spread made it a bit too sweet towards the end. A suggestion for portion control might be helpful. Avocado Toast:This dish was a symphony of textures and flavors. Perfectly mashed avocado on crisp multigrain bread - a must-try for any avocado enthusiast.

Minor Letdowns

Average Coffee: The cold coffee was just okay. While it wasn't bad, it didn't quite match the brilliance of the other dishes.

Pull Me Up Cake Wait: If you're craving their famous pull-me-up cake, be aware it's only available after 11 am. This could be a bit of a bummer for early risers.

Price Point

My total bill came to ₹950, which is a bit on the higher side. However, considering the quality of food, service, and ambiance, it's not entirely unreasonable.

Overall:

Amintiri offers a truly delightful breakfast experience. The stunning ambiance, great service, and delicious (mostly) food make it a worthy destination. Just be mindful of the potential sugar overload with the Lotus Biscoff pancake and the wait time for the pull-me-up cake.

Absolutely horrendous experience and the worst service I've ever encountered at Amintiri!

I placed an order at 2 PM, which was supposed to be delivered by 5 PM. After 5 PM, I started calling them, but no one picked up. After trying several times, someone finally answered at 6:30, and they had ZERO clue about my order. They promised to call me back after checking, but just like their delivery, the callback never came. I called them repeatedly, but every call went unanswered. Then, to top it off, they BLOCKED my number so I couldn’t even reach them.

I had to call from my wife’s phone, and after multiple attempts, we finally connected. They kept me on hold and then DISCONNECTED the call. After trying again and again, when we finally got through, they started feeding me a bunch of lies, saying that they told me it was delivered and that I should’ve shared an OTP, even though that was NEVER part of any previous conversation. Then they claimed they’d send it again with their delivery guy – which, by the way, they hadn’t even done earlier.

By this point, we were DONE with their lies and told them to just cancel the order. They said they’d refund us in two days because their accountant wasn’t available and that they couldn’t give me a ticket ID or refund ID because they don’t have any process for that. After a lot of arguing and finally speaking to the manager, we were able to get the refund.
